Melissa Mimbs-Davis is a native Floridian who was born in Bradenton and has lived in Marion County since 1984. She is a graduate of Belleview High School. She is a licensed title agent and has been in the title industry since 1998. Along the way, she has leaned the rigorous facets of the title insurance industry and maintains a level of control to have each and every closing run smooth and efficient. As a Real Estate Closer customer service is her #1 priority. She listens to the customer and tries to accommodate them in every way feasible. Melissa has been with All American Land Title Insurance Agency, LTD since 2004.

Dea Hubner is another native Floridian who was born in Miami and has been a Marion County resident for 29 years. She is a graduate of Forest High School. Being a Licensed Title Examiner Dea gives All American the heads up on their competition .Working for a real estate company, local builder, and title insurance underwriter has set the experience for years of commitment to the title insurance industry. Dea is a dedicated mother to her two children.

Paula Champlin has been with All American Land Title Insurance Agency, LTD since August of 2005. Paula is the Escrow Manager/Bookkeeper. She manages and accounts for all funds on deposit for each and every transaction. She assists her customers in order for all to comply with both Florida Law and Statutes. She is a native New Yorker and has over 25 years bookkeeping experience. It is always her pleasure to assist in any way she can with her customers real estate transactions.
