Event description Please join us Wednesday September 19th 9:00am-12:00pm at the Achieva Credit Union Corporate Office in Dunedin as we host our Lunch & Learn “CONTRACT TO COMMISSION”. Arrival time should be 8:30a.m. to register.
You will earn 3 Hours of CE Credit by attending this educational luncheon. Lunch will be catered by Café Ponte.

How to recognize legal competency and when an incompetency issue needs to be resolved; basic partnerships owning real estate; when a power of attorney can or cannot be used; New Florida Statutes governing title insurance and common pitfalls of closing.
