Meredith Harwell

Managing Director

Meredith Harwell is the Managing Director and has always been the face of LKN Title since it’s conception in January 2014. Meredith wears many hats at LKN Title with some including operations, marketing and future development. Meredith was born and raised in North Carolina and since June 2016 she has resided on her 7-acre farm in Mt. Ulla, NC with her husband Mathew Combs, their 4 dogs Sirus, Diesel, Bo and Dodge, 2 horses Rusty and Chief, 2 barn cats Tater and Tot, 9 chickens and 4 turkeys. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys taking care of her animals and working on her farm, riding her two horses, gardening, spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.
