He is a lifelong resident of the Jackson Metropolitan area, currently residing in Madison County. He has been authorized to practice law by the Supreme Court of Mississippi and the Mississippi Bar since October 28, 1968. His practice is focused on real estate, estate planning, and probate and various business law projects, with over 40 years of experience as a licensed Mississippi attorney.<\/p>\n His law firm, shares office space with McGehee Loan Closings, Inc.<\/p>\n Mr. McGehee graduated cum laude from the Jackson School of Law in May 1968, the predecessor to Mississippi College Law School. MC purchased JSOL a few years after Mr. McGehee completed his legal studies and took the Bar Exam in August 1968. Mr. McGehee has extensive experience in development and construction-related matters. In addition to being a lawyer, he is a licensed contractor with the Mississippi Board of contractors. Mr. McGehee has developed and built out three subdivisions (1 in Madison County and 2 in Rankin County). From 1972 to 1985, he owned and operated the Allied Van Lines franchise with 45+ employees and 15 over the road moving vans. In 1975, he, his wife Linda, his brother Glenn and sister-in-law Carol Ann founded McGehee Travel Agency, now known as McGehee Cruise and Vacations. A business that had over 40 employees and did over $25 Million in annual airline ticket volume and millions in cruise and tour packages.<\/p>\n From 1986-1988, Mr. McGehee was the Chairman and CEO of Sunmark Business Services, an employee leasing company with over 4000 employees under contract.<\/p>\n Real Estate Linda B.
