In 1994, Ms. Blanchard began her first Title Agency in the State of Louisiana.<\/p>\n

In mid Spring of 2002 Ms. Blanchard and her family relocated to Florida.<\/p>\n

Due to the continued excellent service provided by Ms. Blanchard and her team of\u00a0professionals, along with a large clientele following along with her efforts to grow a\u00a0vast new clientele base, business rapidly grew!<\/p>\n

This was a challenge that she was very happy to achieve. Her desire to reach goals\u00a0and exceed client expectations has been, and still is, always rewarding.<\/p>\n

Ms. Blanchard has enjoyed her life of raising a family, growing a successful business\u00a0and she greatly respects and appreciates her devoted clients.<\/p>\n

Ms. Blanchard was able to grow a single state title agency into a multi-state agency\u00a0in less than four years.<\/p>\n

Ms. Blanchard\u2019s clients were not only locally owned and operated lenders and realty\u00a0companies, but national as well.<\/p>\n

Her achievements were highly noted in the community as well as with her national\u00a0title insurance underwriter.<\/p>\n

Ms. Blanchard\u2019s passion for protecting her client\u2019s most valuable asset, extends\u00a0down through out each team member of Nations Direct Title Agency, it shows in the\u00a0service and attention to detail and protection of non- public information, provided\u00a0to each and every customer.<\/p>\n

Ms. Blanchard now resides in Orange Beach, Alabama where she currently operates\u00a0the Alabama office, and after a rewarding week in the office, she is pleased to be\u00a0able to enjoy time with her family, beautiful grand- daughter along with boating,\u00a0fishing and relaxing on the water.<\/p>\n

INDUSTRY AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through the leadership of Erica Blanchard she was also able to achieve Presidential\u00a0Status in the years 2003, 2004 and 2005 from Chicago Title Insurance Company.\u00a0Being first ever title agency to achieve Presidential Status in the first year of doing\u00a0business in the State of Florida.<\/p>\n

Ms. Blanchard also was awarded with the \u201cExcellence in Service Award\u201d from First\u00a0American Lenders Advantage. This award was presented to only a handful of title\u00a0agents nationwide.<\/p>\n
