Our Administrative Assistant, has resided and worked in the state of Florida for over 25 years in various professional and volunteer capacities. Recently, with an interest in learning the real estate and title world, she joined our growing team. Her integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail shines as she interacts with clients as the first point of contact at Platinum National Title. On the weekends, she and her husband can be found enjoying local activities in Dunedin, boating, and hanging out with their adult children.

Beth joined Platinum National Title, LLC in January of 2016. She is a Licensed Escrow Officer with 24 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry. She has won numerous awards throughout her career including Highest Capture Rate and Highest ROR. Beth’s combination of professionalism, sunny personality and sense of humor helps to deliver our clients a smooth and enjoyable closing experience.
In her spare time, she enjoys Pilates, working on Art projects, and spending time with her family.

A Licensed Title Agent since 2006 with over 16 years of experience in the Title Industry. She graduated from Baker College in Auburn Hills, MI with her Business Management degree and is one of our newest members here at Platinum National Title. Her knowledge and wealth of experience has gained her a spotlight as a “well known” Escrow Officer here in Pinellas County. Yee’s calm and collective personality will ease any closing situation and make it a smooth transition from start to finish. Her attention to detail and organizational skills keeps her on top of tasks to make sure that closings are processed smoothly and in a timely manner. With a passion in Title she is committed to learning and keeping up with the newest changes in the title industry. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with her family at the beach.

A seasoned title industry professional, Valerie Negri has over 25 years of title insurance experience in the Tampa Bay market. Her areas of expertise include escrow management, processing, closing, management, business development and marketing.

Valerie’s skill in building relationships and getting the job done has served her career well. Some of her impressive career milestones include facilitating over 5,500 title transactions as a closing agent and being asked to manage the start-up of a Pinellas County Branch for a leading Tampa Bay title company. This start-up branch grew to a million dollar operation in just four years. Her closing experience includes residential and commercial real estate closings, builder and construction perm closings, commercial lines of credit, and refinances.

As a Co-Founder of Platinum National Title, LLC Valerie serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Marketing Director for the company.

In her spare time Valerie enjoys spending time with her family and in particular her 6 grandchildren who live here in Pinellas County.

Our title processor, originating from Georgia, has resided and worked in the state of Florida for the last 8 years in the real estate and title world. She strives to make the processing of her title files a smooth and easy process for all parties involved. Her friendly personality, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital to help uphold the excellent customer service our Platinum National Title clients are accustom to. On the weekends, she and her family can be found enjoying the beach or golfing.

Our Administrative Assistant has lived and worked in Florida for 33 years in Real Estate, Information Technology and Title Industries. Prior to coming to Platinum National Title Sharron was a Compliance Officer for ALTA and CFPB Pillar 3 regulations with a local Information Technology Company.

Sharron’s experience and knowledge of Information Technology, CFPB & ALTA Requirements, Customer Service, Accounting Procedures and Office Protocol ensure our clients information is handled properly, with integrity and trust.

In her down time, Sharron enjoys entertaining her family and friends with home cooked meals and baked goods. Sharron is a member of Calvary Chapel Palm Harbor.
