Dan Radebaugh is the managing member of R & P Settlement Group LLC. Dan graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law<\/a> in 2003 cum laude after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland at College Park<\/a>. After graduating law school, Dan served as a real estate associate with the global law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP<\/a> in its Baltimore office and a litigation associate with the law of Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann LLP<\/a>. In these roles, Dan drafted contracts and loan documents and negotiated and settled several million dollars of real estate transactions. He also handled all aspects of civil and commercial litigation matters.<\/p>\n In 2005, Dan decided to venture out on his own. He started a full service real estate settlement company known as First Mountain Title, LLC and continued to focus on real estate legal matters. In the last few years, his practice has evolved and now consists of bankruptcy and negotiations with banks including short sales and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.<\/p>\n In sum, Dan has over fifteen years experience in all aspects of real estate with a strong expertise in the legal issues associated with the purchase and disposition of real estate. With R & P, Dan continues to service his clients\u2019 title needs while advising them and their clients on any potential legal matters. His clients include real estate brokerages, realtors, lenders, loan officers, commercial developers and builders.<\/p>\n Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Paula has distinguished herself as one of the pre-eminent title professionals in the greater Baltimore area during her more than twelve year career. Her career includes being a leading producer at both a large, regional title company and smaller, local title business. Having both title and mortgage\u00a0experience\u00a0allows her to understand the full scope of the real estate transaction.<\/p>\n After\u00a0several years in processing, she began marketing and conducted settlements and proved to be a quick study. She services clients in the Howard, Prince George\u2019s and Montgomery Counties with an eye on making the settlement process as smooth as possible. She has a special knack for making sure a first home buyer leaves settlement feeling fully informed and satisfied with their first closing experience.<\/p>\n
