A graduate of Las Cruces High, Gricel also studied at NM State University and has a degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix. Gricel has worked in the building/real estate industry for nearly 15 years. She has volunteered in the community through March of Dimes, Las Cruces Association of Realtors, and the LC Home Builders Association. Gricel is married, has one child and another on the way. In March of 2017, she and her husband, Justin, purchased the company from its previous owner, Kevin Davis.

Eddie is a lifelong resident of Las Cruces. He graduated from Las Cruces High School and attended New Mexico State University. He is a proud Vietnam Veteran having served in the U.S. Navy. After being discharged, he became active in the Sertoma Club of Las Cruces having served various positions from Director to President and also was active with Special Olympics. Eddie has 44 years of title experience beginning with the position of runner to title searcher to closing officer and finally Commercial Closing Officer. Eddie has and continues to close large scale commercial transactions.

Tara is native of Hatch, New Mexico and is a graduate of Hatch Valley High School. She has lived in the area all her life. Tara attended New Mexico State University before pursuing a License in Massage Therapy. Tara’s prior work experience includes a background in finance with 16 years in the banking industry. She has been married for 17 years to Rey Munoz, Assistant Principal at Vista Middle School. They have 2 children, Alexis and Aaron, with whom they spend most of their time with – coaching and traveling with their sports teams. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
