Gricel has worked in the building\/real estate industry for nearly\u00a015 years. She\u00a0has volunteered in the community through March of Dimes, Las Cruces Association of Realtors, and the LC Home Builders Association. Gricel is married, has one child and another on the way. Upon completion of his degree, Justin went to work for Williams Design Group for 9 years. He later worked for ASA Architects prior to joining the SWAT team.
