Patricia Sadler started in the title insurance business in 1975, creating title commitments for one of the top companies in the Delaware Valley. Pat has expertise and years of experience in risk management. With her previous company, Pat specialized in ensuring title agents were compliant, and followed best practices. In 2003, Pat became a title officer, and principal owner of TS Executive. Pat's experience and knowledge in the title insurance industry is what helps set TS Executive apart from our competition. Pat holds a Paralegal degree in Real Estate Law, as well as her Title Agent License.

Donna Tyrrell started in the title insurance business in 1995 as a conveyancer for a top real estate broker in Delaware County. In that position, Donna learned the ins and outs of the title insurance business. Later, Donna became a title officer for a premier title insurance agency, specializing as a closer. Donna managed multiple settlements on a daily basis. With over twenty years of experience in the title insurance industry, Donna specializes in customer service. Donna ensures all of her clients are completely satisfied when leaving the settlement table. Along with Patricia, Donna is a principal owner of TS Executive.​
